Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Corner masks (personal protective equipment)
- Hockey socks (hygiene reasons)
- Gifts and gadgets if opened
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your hockey gear:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your return instructions
- Receive your refund or exchange once we’ve processed your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchanges
