    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for remote locations. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and select remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our hockey equipment like a defenseman guards the blue line. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our returns process works:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Corner masks (personal protective equipment)
  • Hockey socks (hygiene reasons)
  • Opened gifts and gadgets

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Pack Securely: Use the original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for lost return packages

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Policy
