Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our hockey equipment like a defenseman guards the blue line. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our returns process works:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Corner masks (personal protective equipment)
- Hockey socks (hygiene reasons)
- Opened gifts and gadgets

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for lost return packages
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Policy
